If your Account page shows 0 videos, follow these simple steps to troubleshoot.

  1. Navigate to your Chrome browser.

  2. Open Developer Tools.

  3. At the top of the console, click Application.

    • You may need to click >> to see this option.

  4. On the left menu, under Storage, find Cookies and look for your Waymark link.

    • Enterprise clients may see this as companyname.waymark.com

  5. Right click on the Waymark link and click Clear.

  6. Close the Dev Tools console.

  7. Refresh your Waymark browser and log in again.

  8. Navigate to Account to see if videos are visible.
