Please follow these simple steps to troubleshoot.

  • Navigate to your browser.

  • Open Developer Tools.

  • At the top of the console, click Application.

    • You may need to click >> to see this option.

  • On the left menu, under Storage, find Cookies and look for your Waymark link.

    • Enterprise clients may see this as companyname.waymark.com

  • Right click on the Waymark link and click Clear. CLEAR the ‘{partner_name}.waymark.com’ sites as well.

  • Close the Dev Tools console.

  • Refresh your Waymark browser and log in again.

  • Navigate to Account to see if your issue is resolved.
