Subscribers can edit their videos up to 7 days after completion as long as they have an active subscription, no need to sweat spelling errors or other small mistakes.

For non-subscribers, your video will not be editable after completion.

Step 1. Navigate to your Account Page

Once you're in your Account Page, Check the date on the Completed Video. The date last edited will be when you rendered it.

Step 2. Check the date!

Below, you can see where the Last Edited Date is displayed per video.

Next to the Title of your completed video, there will be a clapper board icon:

Hover over it, and your video's Editing Availability will appear!

Below, you'll see an editable message (left) and un-editable message (right)

Step 3. Weigh your options

  1. If you rendered within the past 7 days, you'll be able to click on the video, open the editor and make changes!

  2. If you rendered outside the past 7 days, you will not be able click on the video to open the editor. What you can still do is make a new editable copy of that video!

Find the video you want to copy, select "More", the choose "Make a Copy". This will give you an editable version. However, you will need to re-render this version once you're finished with the editing.

If you have a simple change like a spelling error, contact our support team who can assist you with making a single change as a one-time courtesy
