If you’re experiencing issues using Waymark, below are a few things to try:

  • Refresh your page

  • Restart your computer

  • Check your browser settings to ensure they’re fully up-to-date

  • Ensure you are using Chrome, Firefox or Safari

    • Try one of these browsers, or if, for example, you are using Chrome & having an issue, try Firefox.

Checking for Errors:

1. Right-click where you are seeing the error

2. A menu will pop up; click the option that says “Inspect"

3. On the side of your screen, you will get a pop-up.

4. Click on “Console,” where you may see a lot of code with what looks like error messages in red.

5. Take a screenshot of the error messages, right-click, and click “save.”

6. Please send us screenshots & the file of error messages as well as a detailed message on what is happening on your end where you are running into issues.

It will also help us to have the type of device you’re using and the specs.

  • Example: “Rich’s machine is currently running Windows 10 with an I5 processor. 16GB of RAM. The hard disc is a Solid State Drive. Network is connected via ethernet 1Gbps.”
