Running into some issues? Let's see your console!

Checking for Errors:

  • Right-click on the page where you're experiencing the error

  • Select Inspect from the menu that will pop up

  • Another window will pop up on the side, then go to the Console tab.

  • Right-click where you can see the error messages in RED or the texts, then click Save As.

  • Once the console log is saved on your computer, kindly email it to team@waymark.com along with the following information:

    • Link or webpage to where the issue is happening

    • Description of the issue


At times, it will also help us to have the type of device you’re using and the specs.

  • Example: “Rich’s machine is running on Windows 10 with an I5 processor. 16GB of RAM. The hard disc is a Solid State Drive. Network is connected via ethernet 1Gbps.”
