If you’re experiencing issues using Waymark, below are a few things to try to fix:
Refresh your page
Restart your computer
Ensure that your browser is up-to-date
Make sure you're using Chrome, Firefox or Safari
Checking for Errors:
Right-click on the page where you're experiencing the error
Select Inspect from the menu that will pop up
Another window will pop up on the side, then go to the Console tab.
Right-click where you can see the error messages or the texts, then click Save As.
Once the console log is saved on your computer, kindly email it to team@waymark.com.
At times, it will also help us to have the type of device you’re using and the specs.
Example: “Rich’s machine is running on Windows 10 with an I5 processor. 16GB of RAM. The hard disc is a Solid State Drive. Network is connected via ethernet 1Gbps.”
