What is a Brand Profile?

Your brand profile is the most crucial key to a great video ad. It houses information that supports our AI models in identifying logo, messaging, colors and more. Rich and robust brand profiles may be used multiple times as the foundation for video generations. The more complete this is, the better your video!

Import Brand Assets and Information

A brand profile begins with brand assets and business information, which can be imported using AI.

Import via AI page

  1. Navigate to your AI page.

  2. In the Brand Bar, enter your business URL.

  3. Click Import.

  4. After review is complete, you'll have an at-a-glance view of the completeness of your brand profile.

Import via Templates/Editor

  1. Navigate to your Templates page.

  2. Find your preferred template and click to open/select.

  3. On the Editor on the right, click Choose a brand.

  4. In the Brand Bar under Choose Brand, enter your URL and click Import.

Manual import via Templates/Editor

  1. Navigate to your Templates page.

  2. Find your preferred template and click to open/select.

  3. On the Editor on the right, click Choose a brand.

  4. Above Choose Brand, click Add manually to add in your brand profile details.

Review and refine your Brand Profile

An excellent brand profile is curated to highlight your brand's best assets and insights. Click on your Brand Profile modal from the AI page or from within a Template/Editor to access and edit.

Logo

  • This logo will be used throughout your video generations

  • Review and update as needed

Colors

  • Color palette for your brand profile and video generation, based on your logo

  • Add colors by using the color picker (+ and ๐Ÿ”) to find your perfect shade.

  • Remove unnecessary or inaccurate colors by clicking X at the top right of the color.

Website

  • Ensure your website is correct - this is the URL that may appear throughout your video generation

  • For improved readability, apply capital letters at the start of words within the URL

    • i.e. tippetttheatertn.com may be updated to TippettTheaterTN.com

Images

  • Upload additional images to your library as needed

  • Remove unwanted images, including graphics that showcase dates/time-sensitive information, lower quality images, images unrelated to the business/brand

  • For brands with few/no images, add stock images to your brand library

Footage

  • Upload footage from the brand

Fonts

  • Find your preferred font to use through this brand's video generation - click to select as a preferred/favorite font

Business Name

  • Your business name, as appearing through the video ad and applied within script/voice-over

About

  • Review the summary about the business and add in any additional details you'd like to include

  • Remove any time-sensitive information, including event details or sales promotions (these can be added within instructions for video generations)

Industry

  • Industry as dictated by the website/manually entered

Phone number & Address

  • Contact information may be included if available on the website (may be left blank, if multiple addresses & phone numbers are visible)

Note: If you need to delete a brand, click on the brand you want to delete and scroll down tot he very end of it. You will find a delete button there!
