NOTE: This article is specifically for an Enterprise Partner feature, for accounts set up as Admin only.
There may be instances where you will need to login as one of your users, to access videos and/or support your user's needs. In such an instance, Admins have access to login as user via Team administration.
Login to your Waymark account.
Navigate to your Account Page.
Under Account, click on Team administration.
On the Manage Users page, use the Search field to find the user or scroll through your user list.
Click on your user's name to open the User Admin panel on the right.
Click on Login as User.
A new tab will open, with a red bar at the top of your browser to showcase You are working as <<User Name>>.
From here, you can access that account as that user - navigating through their library of videos, sharing video links, and and offering troubleshooting support as needed!
